I went 0 for 6 in the last Heritage Auction, but at least it allowed me to pay off my lay-away coin earlier than expected. So now I'm off searching for my next big coin purchase. I originally posted this during the Dallas show. Then this coin the final day of the stacksbowers auction. Every single coin I bid on turned in a bidding war including the one above. I think it sold for $550-600. I was out at $400 something. Oddly the 32 bust half only took one cut bid to win. I've seen other 32's with beautiful toning sell for $1,500 - $1600.
