Think it may be a very LDS maybe even Stage E of what coppercoins lists as 1952D-1MM-025. In the write-up it mentions a broken punch effecting the lower serif. Seems to match placement better than others

thanks crazy0, you may be right.I did look at 1mm-25 but the markers through me off
