Two things come to mind here. One is that it is Post Mint Damage ( PMD) or two, there are now 20-30 Far Eastern fakes of this coin for every genuine example. It would help to decide if you could post an image of the other side.

Does it say copy to the right of IRB ,i may be completely wrong but looks like you can still see the Y ?.
