I was noticing the I in Liberty missing on this coin. There seems to be no residual mark of where it was, or where it is intended to be. I thought I would bring this to more experienced minds than myself.

I was kind of leaning in that direction, because I didn't see any shearing, or left behind copper where the letter should have been.
