Obtained this in a lot in Germany in the 70s. It is silver or billon smaller than a dime and weighs 0.6 grams.

BobL that link looks very close, but looking at similar pieces in the link, that style looks like it was struck in several locations. Still a bit confusing, but at least I know it's 14th Century German. Thanks.
