Lincoln Cent 1951 D Missing L In Liberty And Reverse Light Strike?

May be simply an old coin that deteriorated. The missing L could be because of a Very Late Die Strike.

The Reverse is odd to have such definition on the wheat yet completely nothing in other areas.

This coin looks like it was encased at one point. That's probably why the L is missing. Worth face value except maybe a couple of cents for Copper melt value. So in other words, PMD.
