It also has either a die chip or a tiny lam issue above the '5' in the date. Best I can tell, it looks more like a lam. Thanks for looking.

Big ole' rim chunk under vest too? What is that, a damaged hit that took some of the vest? Or a lam? Or flipped over from rim? (think that's it, try dislodging it)

above 5 is die dot, doesn't look quite connected enough to be a break/chip
