Cougsrock New Member United States 0 Posts	Posted 11/17/2017 01:33 am Hello everyone new to the whole coin thing, I just recently ran across this1968 penny and I am curious as to if this is just wear and year or a print blemish.... The green substance on the profile looks like glue and should come off if soaked in pure Acetone but I don't think for this coin would be worth the effort. Report this Post to the Staff
