Everyone Was Fast And Helpful With My Last Batch So I Thought Instead Of Researching For Hours Id Get Some More Help With This Lot Determining If These Coins Have Errors Or Just PMD.

This Is What I Cannot Decide On:

1.Does Jefferson nickel Have A Cud Error Or Is It Just A Very Deteriorated Die Typical For Nickels Of The 80s?

2. Does 1953 Canadian Penny Have Some Kind Of Lamination Error Or Is This Just Wear And Oxidization. Also Its Quite A Bit Thicker Than Normal But Weighs The Proper Amount, Is That Normal?

3. Are The Two 1961 D, 1954 D, 1959 D And 1971 D Lincoln Cents Struck More Than Once Or Just PMD?

Thanks!

That Last Picture Is Showing The Thickness Of The Canadian 1953 Penny Not The Lincoln Cent.
Rest in Peace

Watty, don't post more than three in a post, WAAAAAAAYYYYYY to confusining for this old man! Only thing NOT damaged by PMD, road dashed, is the 1961D. That looks to be a die crack face to rim, unless it's a hair/fiber in pix? The thickness if weight is right is probably a pressure of strike problem, too much causes the metal to move up more inside the collar.

On the 1954D, hit on 4, but think you have a "mini" Cud on rim at 5:30?

Also the US coins should be posted in the US forum and
the Canadian coins in the Canadian Forum for better results.
This would also make the files smaller.

No need for you to feel stupid since no one here was thinking that. Every one of us made mistakes (and occasionally still do ) and people here are exceptionally forgiving of honest errors, especially during the early learning process.

We appreciate your basic questions to remind us all of how much there is to learn.
