I'm not seeing what they are. Appears to be almost hit-free and either RB or BN. My bet is the scanner is hurting it, to me it looks like a VERY nice coin.

Scanner is hurting it. It's completly dent free and has great toning to it (if you're into toning)

Tell us, are the new pics faithful to what you see in hand, or are they overexposed and perhaps too bright?

Pictures are just a fraction too bright and there's a bit more toning on both the obverse and reverse than what you can see here
