For 40 Hair Lines have to be sharp - They aren't
For 20 Most hair details have to be visible and the wing feathers have to be clear - They aren't
For 12 Hair lines about the ear have to be visible... maybe... AND Tiny feathers on eagles breast need to be faintly visible - They aren't
