So I dont know how or why it got in this packaging...If anyone has seen this before or could give an idea would really like to know. I haven't taken it out so the picture on the back I am sure you can do nothing with. Here it is anyway. Any idea of grade, info, or value :)

I agree it's been polished, as well as cleaned but I think it's also seen circulation. Since it's a common date, I'd say it's worth $22.

I agree with both above! but if you are looking for an accurate grading assessment you need to take the coin out and get a new clear images since it will not hurt the coin's premium if taken out since it is an ordinary coin and it clearly shows the coin has been cleaned.

Yes, that packaging prevents an accurate assessment and seems worthless in any event.

Remove that packaging. Stop at any coin shop and they will probably give you a 2x2 for free. It's a $20 coin, at most.

The packaging is nothing "official;" it's just a previous seller's method of packaging his coins, probably for protection during shipping. Chances are it's lending the coin an appearance which would change if imaged out in the open. and there's no reason why not to free it and a good reason to do so - if that plastic is soft, it likely contains PVC plasticizers which are very damaging to silver if allowed to react.

It appears that it has been heavily tooled to increase the apparent relief around the devices and then polished. AU details.

many issues with the coin as previously stated. not really collectable but it has salvage value for the silver
