johnnysprawl Pillar of the Community Canada 1620 Posts	Posted 11/23/2017 12:05 am I can see telltale hairlines around the '1948' and the king has a shine to it that typically comes from cleaning. Plus the toning is uneven. If you tilt the coin under a light, you should be able to see the cleaning hairlines... Report this Post to the Staff

You can see hairline scratches plus the shadow around the letters on the word DOLLAR is caused by the cleaning not getting into the corners at the base of the letters.
