There's a hairline scratch on the king's throat/neck which you can see in the photo.
Die rotation is small but noticeable...
Also any estimate on value would be appreciated too!
TIA

Looks MS to me, too bad it's been cleaned/polished...

Oh, I didn't know it has. How can I tell? Sorry I'm not so good at judging condition etc. of my coins.
It is quite toned, you just can't tell by the pics. Maybe I shouldn't have used a flash...
Thanks for the advice!

I can see telltale hairlines around the '1948' and the king has a shine to it that typically comes from cleaning.
Plus the toning is uneven.

If you tilt the coin under a light, you should be able to see the cleaning hairlines...

I agree with johnnysprawl.
Coin has been cleaned. Would affect the value.
You can see hairline scratches plus the shadow
around the letters on the word DOLLAR is caused
by the cleaning not getting into the corners at
the base of the letters.
I enhanced your photo to see this better.

MS60, no added value for the rotation. The coin has obvious hairlines but those seem to have minimal impact on 48 dollar sales values.

Its too bad its been harshly cleaned. this will affect the value. Its tough to grade the condition with the photo's you've provided. If I owned this coin, I would expect to get $1200 to $1500 for it.
