The local coin shop near me has a bin of 1923 Peace dollars for $18 each that honestly look slightly better than the one in the opening post. The dealer said that they are from a roll of UNCs. Should I consider them a bargain or not?

Honestly common date Peace dollars these day seem to have really soft demand from my perspective.
