Beauty. No idea what's going on under that toning, but I'll just take a stab at 64.

It might make 64 but it's tough to see through that tone.

Hard to tell what is hidden on the surface with that dark tone. Might be MS-64.

Truth told, really impossible to accurately evaluate a toned coin like this just from pics.
