rggoodie Moderator United States 23516 Posts	Posted 12/21/2005 9:33 pm Sorry it was not coins- but I had the extreme pleasure this evening to attend a showing of the Artifacts of Tutankhamun boy king of Egypt. I saw some of the finest gold work ever. For items that were over three thousand years old, the work was fine and precise. If you ever get a chance to view this display. It is a cultural treat. I have to agree with you the work was breathtaking. The non-gold pieces, such as the statuary, was just as beautiful. The Egyptians were ahead of their time, in many areas, and I do believe there is much more to the story than we have ever been told but do see it ALL finally coming out in the next 10 to 20 years. I am surprised they didn't put a keg or two in the Pyramids for the Kings to drink in the after life? Oh, you can send some of that over here too! We will figure out how to open the can!
