I would appreciate your opinions on the grade of this sample.
Is it worth the cost of a professional third party evaluation?

It is a well circulated coin. Difficult to determine from those pics if it is the W.E. variety or not although there seem to be a resemblance below the chest area and can make out what it looks like a die gouge. .
But a clear focused pics with reduced white balance would definitely help.I am posting a pic from one to compare.

It's entirely up to you but I would not submit a circulated Wounded Eagle Sac for TPG.
