Date "1995" half of latter "9" faint, half of "5" missing. On "Liberty" "L" is missing, "I" is barely noticible, besides a picture with an angle. "B" is slightly missing to the left. I have to at least get an easy one correct. Lol. Thank you!

Thus, my opinion... over polished die and heavy grease strike through.
