Im new to this and need help identifying a coin that has come into my possession, it belonged to my great grandma. 1776-1976 silver dollar with no s mint mark, no mint mark at all, elegant and skinny lettering on reverse. Thank you

1976 Philadelphia type 2 bicentennial Ike dollar. It is not a very high grade MS coin so it is worth about $1.25 retail. Sorry.

It is an Ike, so of course I am going to say it is very nice.

Not worth a lot, but the sentimental value is much higher.

The key word here is "Silver". It is clad if there is no mint mark as started. We call them "silver dollars" because they are large, same size as Peace or Morgan dollars! Living the dream Webekin
