All have CIRCULATION issues. That means from a TPG standpoint and full Reality Check, not a one will even fall into the "uncirculated" camp. As Mox said, it takes a near perfect mint issued coin to even begin considering a grading service. Most "common date" Lincolns have such a high mintage(population) that even so-called "bank-wrapped" rolls won't yield a coin of this caliber, usually only found in mint set issues anymore, and even then, most of those are midrange MS's (64/65) and certainly not worth paying the undertaker to put it in it's plastic coffin!
