Looks like Machine Doubling to me on LIBERTY if thats where you are seeing it

First post so sorry for any fopas.

Thoughts on this 1970 s DDO so far as I can tell. But thats very much like noticing a dent in a Ferrari an proclaiming it to be the reason it wont start.
