1983 D Lincoln Memorial Cent Major Die Chip?

CJ18850 Pillar of the Community United States 575 Posts	Posted 12/09/2017 10:33 am Good morning CCF Members! I have here a 1983 D Lincoln Memorial cent. I rubbed and I rubbed... and I poked and I poked, however the die chip will not move. I thought it could be a plating blister, but that is out of the question.
