I found an article about it online, but it's odd... I could not find any online retailer in the US or Canada who is selling it. I found it being sold in Europe on ebay. But this standard RCM bullion coin, mined by request of 3-rd party (commissioned). Mintage - 25.000 - 50.0000 I spotted this coin at the one of the PM dealers site in the mid of 2017 (don't remember the site), but if I remember correctly, the info could be found on the AuAg recourse. The RCM bullion not distributed by Mint itself, and commissioned bullion sometimes even doesn't appear at the local dealers. According to the picture, you found it on the Slovenian site.
