Mid afternoon before I was free to hunt, will be driving an Amish work crew tomorrow. Hunted an empty corner lot next to the local drug store. Once a large two story house sat here, now just 3 trees and the store. Found 6 LMC and a clad dime, all near the stop sign, in 3" deep grass, I'd say there are more there, as I did not dig all the penny targets. Did dig some deep targets but nothing of value.

Obviously you live nowhere near Minnesota. When you are enjoying your late year hunting please remember us in our igloo.

Webekin , you sound like you love metal detecting . Next to coin collecting I think that is a great hobby and sometimes very prosperous . Used to hunt myself ,but my aching back has taken over the joy of it .
