Hello this is my first post. I recently bought this coin from ebay for an awesome $6.00. The third party grader graded it a 67 but we all know you need NGC or PCGS to grade it a 67. I have a hard time distinguishing the grade. Please give me a blunt opinion. Either way it is a pretty coin. Thank you for your time.

It's hard to say because the seller pics are so foggy. Maybe get some clearer pics when you have it in hand for a more accurate evaluation.

Oh, and you should probably charge your phone.

For what it's worth PCI usually overgrades. And does that look like a proof?
Rest in Peace

No it is not a proof and that is really not considered an accurate TPG source. If you REsubmit to another TPG, I suggest staying away from PCGS, NGC, or ANACS and go with another one like the current one, possibly ICG? I say that facetiously, this coin is over graded by at least 4 points. With the hits and scuffs on highs, the poor rim at 5 o'clock reverse you'd be lucky to pull a MS62 from PCGS.
Rest in Peace

Well we all know it's not a 67 . If it was in my collection I would give it a 64+ RD . Rim issues .

PCI was hit and miss, I've seen some REALLY nice coins in PCI slabs and I've seen some crap. The pictures suck but it looks to be at least 65/66.

I tried to make the images a little more clear:

I'm hoping the obverse doesn't actually look that brown.
