For what it's worth PCI usually overgrades. And does that look like a proof?

No it is not a proof and that is really not considered an accurate TPG source. If you REsubmit to another TPG, I suggest staying away from PCGS, NGC, or ANACS and go with another one like the current one, possibly ICG? I say that facetiously, this coin is over graded by at least 4 points. With the hits and scuffs on highs, the poor rim at 5 o'clock reverse you'd be lucky to pull a MS62 from PCGS. |

Well we all know it's not a 67 . If it was in my collection I would give it a 64+ RD . Rim issues .  |

PCI was hit and miss, I've seen some REALLY nice coins in PCI slabs and I've seen some crap. The pictures suck but it looks to be at least 65/66.
