Here's a question I have yet to find a solution for...

As many of you know, I sell quite a bit of volume through ebay, and one of the best tools you have as a seller is your blocked bidder list. Scammers, chargeback artists, crooks, and the buyers who leave everyone negs and neutrals populate my blocked bidder list. However, there are some very persistent people who keep coming back, even though I have them blocked under several ID's. In the past week, I have had one buyer who I've blocked under at least 5 (and possibly up to 7) different user IDs, and then another under at 3 IDs.

Has anyone experienced this as well, and have you found any solution? Sometimes feels like a neverending game of wack-a-mole (block-a-mole?) with some of these...

I have, if you know for a fact they're the same person all you can really do is cancel the sale and call (definitely call) ebay about being harassed. Other than that there isn't much you can do

A phone call will get you a little fake symphony, but that's about it. Especially considering the fact that moles making another name probably won't be recognized as a problem child.

ebay is all about control of the seller. Buyers are all angels, regardless of their
