I posted a 1948-D LWC a couple of days ago that looks like this one and they said it was ghosting. Will let the experts determine if it is a clash or not.

Ding ding ding ding ding y'all are right I just Googled ghosting and what it describes is what I'm seeing spend it or toss it

Coin collectors, by our nature, are very picky. Hence the beating about orientation.
