Not a half dollar. It's a quarter.
At this point, the best it's worth is silver melt value.

Yes, it is a Liberty Standing quarter, made from 1916 to 1930. Without a date, it is worth melt value.

It's a Standing Liberty quarter (SLQ). I say AG03 just because there is no sign of any date but some may grade at G04. It's at least $2.92 melt value.

fr2. looks like a type 2 (1917-1924) before the recessed date starting 1925 because later dates would have a better indication of date. I would pay melt all day for this.
