Just catching up on some unphotographed errors I have accumulated.

This one has a decent crater on the reverse from there the debris was on the die. Look in the gap between the words OF and AMERICA.

It's a little tough to tell for certain, but I don't see any metal push ups, so you are probably right.

I have always had a hard time getting errors like this to show up well in close-ups. Especially in silver colored coins with this much luster.
