On one hand, a nice looking Morgan. On another, is it to "shinny"? Is this just wear or has it been polished at some time. As noted I do not see a "cart wheel" reflection but not sure if that is critical.
Thanks for your help.

This coin has been dipped in a silver cleaning solution. When a coin is so shiny but has no cartwheel luster, it has usually been dipped or cleaned.

There are areas still showing dark color (under the chin, at BU and UNU) which tend to hint strongly at this. The coin seems plainly somewhat circulated and one wouldn't expect this much "shiny" from such a grade.
