I wouldn't bid/buy on that listing. BTW it looks like an uncirc to me.

As with everyone else here, I wouldn't touch this with a ten foot pole. The coin could be legitimate, but most likely isn't. Even if the coin in the photo is real, the one that comes in the mail to the (un)lucky buyer will not be the one pictured on ebay, though you can bet the 2x2 will look the same!
