4 Walking Liberty halves
4 1932 Quarters
2 Barber quarters
5 Standing Liberty quarters
3 Seated Liberty quarters

No Key dates and all in "G" condition

for $66...

I thought so since it seems to be around melt, but wanted to check with some on the board to make sure.

That might be an indication of how much silver coin has flooded dealer's holdings.
I've seen basically any non-key avg. circ silver for around melt. Probably a good time to buy, except perhaps more recent bulk silver with less collector value? I've also seen 19c gold coins like sovereigns at melt prices.

I bought them off an online classified this morning, using Paypal just in case the guy is a deadbeat.

If the deal is completed and my coins arrive, I will post pictures to get your opinions.

Thanks for the encouragement. Sometimes you need that little shove off the fence. Silver being up $.70 makes the buyers remorse go away...Hopefully it keeps going in up for a bit.

So I got my coins today. It ended up being 17 coins instead of the 18 I described with only 3 1932s instead of 4.

I think the deal was still pretty good. I think a couple would not make the "About Good" Grade, but others maybe VG or Fine.

I will post pictures this weekend. The Seated Liberty quarters are the most worn of the bunch, but one is a 1853 with Rays (Definitely stretching to try to call this one more than a filler), while the others are from the 1870s maybe AG at best.

All in all, they fill 6 holes in my modest circulated stash for my future 7070.

So here are the coins...

Be honest - still a good deal, OK deal, or bad deal.

Like I said the Seated Liberty quarters are in rough shape, but they are my first so I like them...
