So less than a week back, I posted a You vs. NGC thread regarding an MS65 1880-S for which the community's consensus was that it was grossly overgraded. Since then, I quickly sold the coin and bought another to replace it in my collection. This one is also graded by NGC and is the same date and mint mark. The coin is not (yet) in hand, but these images are from NGC. Again, I will post what NGC gave it in 48 hours.

This is a tough one..

I think this can go either 64 or 65, but my first impression was 65.

How long ago was it graded? If recently, they probably gave it a 65. 5+ years ago, 64. Nice coin. Having a hard time finding a reason to nit pic this one below that.
