Looks like a small die chip on the neck. The area by the eye looks like a nick on the coin's surface.

theres like a pealed off spot ,but the corner looks like he has sleepy seeds in it ,the pic between my fingers (trying to block the light)(fingers not on coin )looks like a bird shape .
