So here's another that I wanted to get all your opinions on and see how close I am. Also, if the spot of haze on the reverse could be cleaned or not. Thanks for all the replies.

It looks a lot like a replated coin to me. What does the edge look like?

It's funny because I had just read the other 43 post about replated and have to take a look at it closer in person. The lettering looks pretty sharp to me though. I'll take another look in person when I get off work.
How's the edge supposed to look? And what's it look like when replated?

The edge should be dull looking because it is unplated steel from the mint. A replated coin, the edge will look shiny and feel slippery/smooth.

Probably replated but the rims don't seem to shows -or- environmental damage.
