Was considering this large cent, but let it pass due to the rim nick. In your opinion if this was submitted to a TPG would it come back details?

As long as it doesn't carry through to the obverse the answer is NO. Not large enough to detail that old coin.

and unless it was super rare, a large cent in that condition wouldn't be worth sending in anyway. Looks like there could be some env damage too.
