This post sat unanswered for 18 hours? Man you people are slipping!

It is a 1973 Egyptian 5 Piastres commemorating the Cairo State Fair. 500,000 minted. KM #436. It is made of copper-nickel and worth VF-$0.65 XF-$0.75.
