Not sure what this is? Maybe a canadain blacksmith token. Any idea what the countermark is?

I'm not familiar with Canadian blacksmith tokens, but this just looks like a normal 1806 penny or 1799 halfpenny to me. (Or one of several other types from around the same time; I'm not sufficiently familiar with those to be more certain.)
I mean, they do occasionally show up extremely worn, and this particular coin might well have been sanded down even beyond that.

As for the countermarks, it looks almost as if some guy was just testing their number punches.
It certainly would make sense for someone to do such testing on an extremely worn coin rather than on a nice one
