Found this a while back. Is this a rare error? Does it add much of a premium?

the area outlined in red is a bubble. on the whole cent you can see the outline of the bubble.

Called a struck through copper foil most likely, not a lam, there went than much problems with the alloy mixes after the Wheat series. Usually a stock plate fault or strike chamber error.

It's worth keeping as a good example, but the monetary value is only 25-50¢.

I thought just a 1960D small date was worth more than that on its own (isn't it a SD)

Coincentslady, the 1960P is the valuable one, sm. date D's are dime a dozen.
