Odd-Colored-Lincoln-Cent

I come across this 1990 penny and it's a very odd color, almost silverish..
Can't find any info on it. Anyone else ever see odd color like this? Any help is appreciated, thanks

Maybe it was never clad with copper at the mint, so you have a zinc cent.

Just remember as I was corrected the other day for saying I just love the smell of rotting stinkin zinkins in bank rollboxes...only to find out those gases are toxic! Was your Hands Boy!
