The W is a hubbed design, reverse may be MD or Late Die State. Without a full pix of both sides, focused and cropped to fit, we can't do much for ya.
Hubbings is the process in which the details are put on dies. It is covered in Volume 1 in my signature box. How dies are made. It is this process where doubled dies (true errors) are formed. Machine damage MD is strike produced movement and effects.
