Hello again everyone,
I found this 2012-D Dime with a few unusual marks on it that appear to be mint errors.

Scans:

The first thing I noticed is the big mark on the cheek?

Also on the obverse, there are several lines going across his face, could these be cracks or just PMD?

Answer: Roller Marks
"Roller Marks: parallel lines caused when metal strips are flattened between two rollers. Roller marks are most often seen on the high points of Silver Dollars, especially those that were struck softly."

On the reverse, the background looks a little funky (my scientific term), look to the right and left of the flame on the torch as compared to the rest of the background. Is this anything worth noting?

I am just a beginner still learning what to look for, any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

The lines look like roller lines, Cud will be attached and extended from the Rim.If you are referring to the patch near Ear, it looks like it could be a residue of some sort, perhaps glue!?
