Highly polished surfaces. Unfortunately, it's not worth much.
If you would like, I can attach images of my Proof dime (not polished), which has a completely different look than yours.

Thank you. Not the answer I expected. Thought that polishing would have more linear or circular lines. So surprised as it came out of a set of uncirculated coins (cent, nickle, dime and quarter) sold as a collectors set. None of the others are polished and are certainly uncirculated. However, I yield to your experience. Guess they selected a dime that was manipulated. Thank you for commenting so quickly.

Can you post some pictures with natural lighting? The light you are using is so strong it overpowers the coin entirely and renders it almost black and white. Do not direct any light sources at the coin and do not use flash.

Can you show us a photo of the edge. It would show if it were plated.

OK - rim is not plated so You have a dime that was highly polished. AND there are buffing wheels that polish without showing any type of polishing lines like you were wondering about in your earlier replies
