I found these quarters while looking through some rolls from my bank a week ago or so there appears to be some sort of gold toning toning going on they were in desperate rolls and the toning on the 2016 looks like some sort of variety or some sort of concept coin ,I don't think a coin can tone that quick ,I thought it took years for a coin to tone ,awesome looking like the lights are on inside the building is this an error or variety of some sort thanks for looking

Perhaps some sort of chemical or environmental exposure.

Most likely fast toning caused by environmental exposure.
