This coin is in tough shape but a few issues caught my eye. First it's not even close to round, second on the reverse the buffalo is missing the front part of his head and it looks to have an extra leg in between its back 2 legs.

I believe it's a 1928

Although it could of just been abused over and over

Post Mint Damage. It has been abused over the years. You can see how the metal is pushed in.

All of it is PMD. Damage at the mint looks nothing like that.
