66RD or better, but hard to judge how the carbon spot on the reverse would affect a TPG submission.

It all depends on the price , this coin has 2 issues . The tiny hit on his beard and the black spot on reverse . Other wise he's a nice MS-66RD .

That's a valid point. The buy it now price is $30, but it includes 1 choice BU 1951 D LWC and 1 choice BU 1951 S LWC. I think is a safe buy. What do you think?
