I think this one probably falls a bit more on the Allegory end of the scale vs. pure Mythology, but here's the 2015 Barclays Bank (Canada) Silver $5 coin from the Royal Canadian Mint's Bank Note series.

The coin's reverse presents an allegorical/mythological female figure looking upon a globe - turned to present the Western Hemisphere - with her chin supported by her left hand and a winged wheel being supported by her right. Historically, the winged wheel represents speed and transport. Here, it is meant to be symbolic of the British bank's expansion into Canada.

Here's a commemorative medal (aka, So-Called Dollar) for the 1895 Cotton States and International Exposition held in Atlanta, Georgia.

The obverse design of the medal features a bale of cotton with a phoenix rising from the flames above it. The phoenix is a mythological bird that is symbolic of birth/re-birth and immortality - it dates back to Egyptian and Greek mythology.
