I know that this subject gets beaten to death and we all seem to be in agreement with the top grading services being ANACS, NGC, PCGS, and ICG (though not necessarily in that order for all of us.)

I have been involved in a discussion regarding ICCS (International Coin Certification Service) that I find really interesting. I believe (though I could be wrong) that this company only grades Canadian coins. If any of you have additional information about this company, please share it here.

Interestingly enough, I saw this auction on ebay for an 1858 Canadian Large Cent. It was originally in an ICG slab graded at AU58. It was cracked out and resubmitted to ICCS and came back an EF40. With that kind of difference in the grades, and my preference for conservative grading, this auction made me want to look into ICCS further. Here is a link to the auction:

I don't do a lot with Canadian coins usually, but it would be very helpful to know about this service for the coins I do purchase.

They do grade US coins, at least they sell them on ebay, http://cgi.ebay.com/2-5-GOLD-COIN-1...cmdZViewItem

But I have never heard of them before.
