I know there is the 1945 that may be missing the initials and I think the 1942-s also
and there is the 1944-D that has the hand carved initials.

I don't have my reference handy at the moment

I think the 1941 is one to but its a very rare one! the 1941 Proof has no AW also so to find a 41 no aw & MS a TPG maybe needed?
