I'm trying to find someone that knows about these varieties or error or if It is either one of The two. It appears to me that after mint was struck it, it attempted to stick 3 more times but clearly failed in doing so. Any opinions please?

Sharper pics would help, but this appears to be just circulation damage or bag marks.
